Select any one pre-defined template (pre-loaded ID Card Design sample) to generate Visitor Pass. Select Card Size according to your requirement and click 'OK' button.
Enter visitor's details and add photo of visitor on front side of ID card. You can also make changes in ID Card Design using various card designing objects such as line, text, rectangle, ellipse, triangle, browse image, image library, barcode, signature etc.
Here you can see Back side of ID card. You can add visitor details to the database for maintaining visitors records.
You can search particular visitor's details according to Name, Company Name, Address, Visitor Number, Purpose, Date Range etc. You can save visitors records in excel file format by clicking on 'Export in Excel' button.
You can save or export Visitor ID Card as image and as PDF file format.
To print created visitor ID card, set print settings and click on Print button.
